What happens when every log lives in a spreadsheet…
A story every dealership knows. DealerCockpit is one place where every department works the same deal. Sales, finance, accounting, service and delivery each get their own screen, and nobody retypes what someone else already entered.
BetaWe are looking for dealerships to try it as new features arrive.
Every log is somebody's own system.
Where it lives today. Each one made sense when it started. None of them talk to each other, and the deal moves through all of them.
Each seat gets its own cockpit.
Every seat. A salesperson lands on their deals, accounting on the billing queue, service on the recon board. When one department changes a field, every other screen showing it updates, and nobody retypes it.

Not designed for dealers. Built at one.
DealerCockpit didn't start as a product. It started at Mohawk Chevrolet, a dealership in upstate New York, one complaint at a time. It runs there today, alongside Mohawk Honda, which uses the F&I module alone.
The title clerk
“I just wish I had a little where I could notify them. A little ping to their phone.”
Shipped: A checkbox under Miles at Trade that pings the deal team every other day until the reading lands, then closes itself.
The used-car manager
“There's definitely not a hundred and seventy cars in recon.”
Shipped: Trades stay off the recon board until the deal actually delivers. The board matches the lot.
Try it in the beta.
DealerCockpit is in beta and we are looking for dealerships to try it as new features arrive. Not everything works as well as we plan yet.
