Terms of use
This is a working draft that has not yet had a legal review. It describes what the site and the product do today.
These terms cover your use of the DealerCockpit website and its beta. Using the site means you accept them. A dealership that uses the product itself does so under a separate written agreement with DealerCockpit, and that agreement controls if the two differ.
The website and the beta
The site describes DealerCockpit and lets you ask to see it. DealerCockpit is in beta. It is offered to a limited number of dealerships, at our discretion, and some features may not work as well as we intend. Requesting a seat does not guarantee one, and we can change, pause or end the beta at any time.
Sample screens are not real
The screens, names, stock numbers and amounts shown on the site are invented sample data. They illustrate how the product looks and behaves. They are not a store's real records and not a promise of any result.
Goose
Goose answers questions about the product from a fixed set of facts, and a language model helps write the answers. Goose can be wrong. It is not a quote, an offer, legal or financial advice, or a commitment about what the product will do or cost. Anything that matters should be confirmed with our team. Please do not type personal or customer information into it. See the privacy page for how questions are handled.
Using the site
- Give accurate details when you request a seat.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, or to get around its limits.
- Do not scrape it, or use Goose to build a competing product.
- Do not use the site to send us anything unlawful or harmful.
Ownership
The DealerCockpit name, logo, artwork, text and software belong to DealerCockpit or its licensors. You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy or reuse the branding or content without permission.
No warranty
The site and the beta are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error free or suited to a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits a right you cannot lawfully give up.
Links
The site may link to other sites, including the sign-in page for the product. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
