The title clerk

The funding schedule
A record created at delivery, finance and accounting each recording their own step, batch confirm, and age counted from delivery.
Final gross entry
Quoted and final side by side with the variance, finalized by accounting only. Where a DMS is connected, posted gross can be pulled in for you to confirm.
A title log
Title status is accounting's alone to change, with a confirmed-missing state that is different from never reviewed.
Odometer readings that chase themselves
Raise the request from the drawer and the deal team is pinged until the reading is entered.
Month close that respects unfinished work
Month close only archives finished work, so a deal whose gross was never entered cannot vanish from the worklist.
